I'm in southwest Germany, where Germany, Switzerland and France meet. I can walk across the Swiss border, just 5 minutes from my house and I'm in Bale, the second biggest Swiss city. If I drive a bit into the other direction I'm up in the Black Forrest. It's really beautiful here ;D

Oh, there are so many places you all are at that I would love to travel to. Sigh! I'm in beautiful Tucson, Arizona - the state that has that great big Grand Canyon. It is a wonderful place to live, and I can't think of too many other places I'd like to live. But, I do love to go see and visit places all over the world. Everywhere has something lovely to offer.

It's really beautiful here ;D Hi Barbara, I know exactly where you're at About 5 years ago, I flew into Zurich and took a nice little ride along the Rhine river to Basel to Schopfheim. I stayed at a really nice B&B, in the country about 5 minutes from the factory. You could hear the chickens and cows in the morning! I loved it!!!!! During our stay we went to have dinner at a small Italian restuarant in "Old Rheinfelden" and across the bridge was Rheinfeldon in Switzerland. We had a really nice evening walk across the border and seeing the murals representing history in Switzerland. Now where I live! Everyone who does not realize that there are two Vancouvers, think that I live in Canada - which is not bad! Captain Vancouver discovered both Vancouvers. Vancouver WA was also an important trading port along with Oregon City. Vancouver WA is located on the Columbia River, only 10 minutes from the Portland International airport. So, I could be in Portland, Clackamas, Hood River OR or Vancouver or Longview WA and sometimes in Guadalajara, Jalisco or Colima, Colima

Maria, you're very welcome - as long as you bring lots of these heavy, hard to ship goodies like 12 x 12 CS/paper and a Revolution + 12" platform in your suitcases ;D

Sorry Angelique, didn't see your response. I'm about 45 to 50 minutes from Sierra Vista. Go there on occasion. Do you know someone there? Interesting you would know where that is.

I live in the southern panhandle of West Texas. Lubbock is about 1.5 hours south of Amarillo. If that does not narrow it down its 6 hours west of Dallas.

I'm near Chico, California, about 90 miles north of Sacramento, and about 4 hours (too, too far!) from the coast. Chico has the 3rd largest park in the United States, which runs through the center of town, and up to the foothills. We also have one lss, which is where I possibly spend too much time and $$$!

I'm in Orange Park, FL (outskirts of Jacksonville). After moving 16 times in 25 years (Navy), we are finally making our home in Florida. We just got back from a trip to Germany and I agree, it is really beautiful there. Vicki

I live in Vancouver, WA.
Vancouver is located on the North side of the Columbia River across from Portland Oregon. We have beautiful view of Mt. Hood and Mt. Saint Helens(big eruption in the 80's).
Everyone come visit.

I have a spot just waiting for you. We would have a great time, I spent 25 years doing what you do as a profession here in the states. A little different but basically the same type of work. So we would have alot in common other that QK. Then we could scrap, talk, go picture taking (to make more of a backlog of pictures) and you could bring your furry children too. Mine would love to have guests over for a visit! Maybe you can make it a job related trip and your employer would pick up the airfair.

Maine, just outside of Augusta. I can be at the lake in about 10 minutes, the ocean in about 45 minutes and the mountians in about 1 hour. Our Fall's are stunning with the trees' vibrant colors.

I am from Northamptonshire in the UK. It isn't as great sounding as the other places mentioned but it is home. I live with my husband, son, springer spainel and all my friends so it doesn't get much better for me.
