What kind of files do you need to have to be able to use your Cricut with the software?

I am not sure about pdf files but some image files can be converted into svg files so they can be cut using the scal program. Sure Cuts A Lot 2 can trace various image files (including bmp,gif,jpg,png) so that you can cut them with your cutting machine. This tutorial will show you how to use the Trace Image feature and how to adjust the settings to try to get the best results. hey Dani none of the digital cutters would "cut" a .pdf. A pdf is basically a picture or a snapshot of a document/file/image. There would be NO specific information for a machine to read in order to cut.
