Glad to hear that they have their PO Box and I'm sure they learned alot during the exercise.

Michelle sent my cards this morning. Hope they are not lost in the holiday mail. Just wondered is this a one time thing for your girl scouts or will it be ongoing. Just wondering how long we can send to the P.O Box?

Deborah, we have the PO box until the end of May. So they will be doing another collection, for sure! We move at the end of July or early August (depends on when the change of command is.) So I think we will have another collection late winter/early spring and then one last one in early May.
I'll post dates and such for what we are collection. You can certainly work on them whenever the spirit moves you. Just let me know if you send anything so that I can check the PO box. And keep in mind that holiday deadlines are about 6-8 weeks before the holiday, since I need to mail them to OWH, they mail them over to the deployed units and then they in turn mail them back to their loved ones. Whew! That's a lot of movement for the cards!
