I am sure one of these will make their way to my house. The alphabet looks fun with the little loops on the ends. Can't wait to see all the uses for those pockets in all those neat sizes. Deborah

I just showed that set to my CC and told it to get ready! That font will become one of my favorites! Does anyone wonder what "extra" goodie (e.g., teeny styro. pellets or wood shavings) might show up in the box?

And after all this time as "QuicKutz", it's going to be hard to think "Lifestyle Crafts"! But as long as they keep producing dies that I can't possibly live without, I think I can adjust!

OK, I think I can get used to "LC" instead of "QK", but it may take me a while! ;D What a cute set! It'll be in my cart the minute its available! Gail

That looks cool. I agree with you vicki, I can do without those "extras". Wasn't so excited about the wood shavings that I had to pick out of my fuzzy sweater with tweezers. Barb

Is this the only release for Tuesday? I can't answer that - or I'd have to kill you!

LOL - it's a family joke. That does sound a bit harsh in written format - sorry! How about: I can't answer that or I'd have to lock you in a room with no die-cuts! LOL

This is the 6th gift set in a row, that comes with a LC only font [enjoy - flirt - reuse - santa's workshop - special delivery and now winter wishes ] and as charming this font looks, it's absolutely useless to me (need UC for German nouns). I have too many of these sitting unused in my stash to add another.

ohhh Susan, good call on the irock. that would really look nice. If I had a dollar for everytime my hubby said that threat to me, lol, I'd be able to buy alot more dies, lol. I just hope I have left enough money in my sb acct for all the goodies. Vicki

lots of boxes arrived today with next week's releases... I am happy to say that the gift set seems to be neat. No weird stuff falling of the boxes lol
We also have new packaging as well as new product numbers now that they are officially being made by LC. I kinda like the look of the new packaging... You'll get to see it very soon.

Thank goodness, Dani! I didn't want to have to vacuum the whole house after opening my order... (Though come to think of it, my whole house NEEDS vacuuming, so maybe it wouldn't be so bad if some "stuff" fell out of the packages!) Gail

Oh dear I am afraid I am going to miss it I did not know that about Germany- you only use UC letters?? Very interesting Cindy

No , but you have to write the first letter in each noun UC, verbs and adjectives are all LC, like in English. For example: Our house has a big garden. Would be in German: Unser Haus hat einen grossen Garten. All LC looks just misspelled. I can do with all kind of unicase fonts that have UC and LC letters mixed (like Relax, Chocolate or Blossom), I actually love these and have a lot of them ;D Sometimes I'm lucky and can mix fonts. Santa's Workshop font works well with the UC letters from the Vixen gift set, but I couldn't find anything that works with Jolly, which is a pitty, as it's a lovely font. I wish QK would make an UC set for Haunted. This font would work sooooooo well for all kind of German heritage, but only if you could spell correctly

Scrapkatz, have you emailed LC/QK about this? I think it's a pretty valid point. I wonder if other languages are like this? I know French, but the UC/LC is the same as in English.

Michelle Wasn't there a font (a looooooooooonnnnnnnnng) time ago that had Swedish characters? I don't think these "extras' were available anywhere but Sweden. If QK/now LC could accommodate that one, then why not other alphas?

I wish I had learned German!!! My parents spoke German when I was a child. Both their parents were stationed in Germany before they married (which is were they met). They used to speak German to hide there conversations from my sister and I and I loved the way it sounded. I wish they had taught me! Cindy

Love the upcoming release!
As for the alphas that are unsuitable for non-English cards, I bet those exclusive alphabets would sell well on ebay. That would go a ways toward paying for the rest of the dies in the set.
