Since we are confessing- I made 2 pennants I made the first one using the large pennant and had so much fun I decided to make a tiny one with the left-overs. It is the 4x4 pennant with the 2 points. It has a butterfly too. Say- how well does everyones pennants go together?? How did we do with colors? Cindy

Ah, now I see the pennant! Yep, it must be for the swap. It wasn't there the other day when I checked your blog, Dawn! Very cute--I love the polka dots! And that strawberry looks good enough to eat!
Cat, you are smart to get all that cooking out of the way when you have time! I'm not a fan of side by side refrig, but we have one here. I don't like that it won't fit a Costco pizza, but I do like having more freezer room. (Because we move so much, we don't have a big freezer.) So I usually have a few cooked chicken breasts, browned hamburger meat, and a tub of soup in there. With all this snow and the storms, I've also got an extra loaf of bread in there, too. That way if I can't get to the store or the power goes out, we can still eat!

Cindy, my pennant is purples and a bright green (polka dotty!) Good for you for doing a second pennant! I made a couple of cards out of my scraps and leftover flowers. And I'm happy to say that the only supply that I bought was the wire. All the paper, pop dots, rhinestones, etc all came from my stash. And I now no longer have a single purple rhinestone in the house!

I used lime green and pink and blue with stripes. I almost sent a polka dot one just for you Michelle, but kept it at the end, sorry. It just looked strange being the only dot one in the bunch Cindy

I sent it yesterday, priority. I'm hoping you have it tomorrow! After I had the box sealed, I realized I hadn't put the postage money in the box. So that is in a separate envelope, but I mailed them at the same time. I was running out the door and didn't have time to redo the box. Gah! I sent them in a box so that they won't get crushed, but I don't expect you to mail them all in a box. I figured it they only were shipped in an envelope one way, they would arrive looking better. They are thick and bulky, but I think it will be ok!

I would just double check and make sure you do - publishing work without their permission might be a touchy subject...I speak from experience as I got royally in trouble a long time ago from sharing work that I didn't have permission to share... just putting it out there...

Wow and double Wow. I am glad I did not post anyones work today. I didn't think about this. I do wish the person that objected emailed me directly because I would never intentionally hurt anyone and would have not had a problem respecting their request. I won't be posting any of the pennants now just to be safe. Ouch and double ouch. Michelle, thank you for your permission anyway. :0) Dawn

Yikes!!!!!!! Why didn't I think of this? (And if I had, Dawn, I would have PM'd you directly!) I am a huge advocate for paying attention to copyright laws for choir music at our church, and this one went right by me! You definitely have my permission to put my pennant up...right next to Michelle's!

Thank you Diane. I would have posted everyones "MB name" right under the picture of their work so everyone knew it was not my work. I just thought the pennants were lovely and everyone would love to see them.

Oh My Goodness. I never thought about you getting into trouble showing us peoples projects. I just assumed when we send in projects (cards, scrapbook pages, etc ) to a blog or MB (swaps, contests, etc ) we were giving that person permission to show our work. I'll start sending my permission when I send something in. I learn something new everyday.....you'd think I'd learn not to assume things. Cat

A way around any problems, would be for each participant to post their pennant. I would love to see what you all came up with.

You have my permission to post my pennants.
I was wanting to post a picture of it anyway but then decided to wait to see it with everyone else's.
Karens suggestion is fine with me too.
Thanks Cindy

However...my cranky old laptop will look at other's pictures, but doesn't have any interest whatsoever in actually posting any of my pictures! (I keep reminding it that someday I'll be typing on another laptop!) So, Dawn, if you decide to do that, will you post mine for me, please?

Good morning Ladies! I thought about this last night and decided to post only the pennants from the ladies who gave me permission to do so. Thank you for giving your permission to post your work! I think everyone will love to see your work because all the pennants were so lovely and well done! If there is anything about the post that you might want me to change PM me and let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you. I will post the other ladies pennants if they wish me too do so by editing my post at a later date but if not I totally respect their choices. So thank you Susan for the information about posting other peoples work it is good to know. I hope to have the post up later today so check it out at www.alwayscrafting.blogspot.com

Lovely job divas. Did you decide on a color scheme ahead of time or did they just come out that way? They sure look like spring. I guess we are all trying to be hopeful that it is coming. katherine
