This is a really good summer time appetizer.
1 1/2 pkgs Cream cheese (8oz)
2 loafs Deli Rye Bread. ( Found by the deli counter at your local grocery store).
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix.
1 large cucumber
Dillweed
Soften cream cheese and mix in pkg of Italian dressing. Mix thoroughly.
Spread cream cheese mixture on deli bread.
Put slice of cucumber on top.
Sprinkle Dillweed on cucumber. Enjoy!

These ARE really good!! I've had them before, though not sure I've had them with the italian dressing mix. I think I've had them with veggie cream cheese (I obviously didn't make them).....but either would be yummy!! ;D

Ha! I make mine with veggie cream cheese, too. Easy peasy and yummy. But when I want to forgo the chemicals, I'll pull this recipe out.
