So I guess tonight Survivor South Pacific starts. I have watched every single season since it's conception but not sure how I feel about this season. Feel like it's outrun itself. Getting tired of some of the same old stuff. I probably will end up watching it..but as I say not sure how I really feel..sitting on the fence for now. We are HUGE fans here. It's the one show we watch as a family that is reasonably family friendly and cool enough for the kids to admit they watch. The kids like all the challenges and watching people get blindsided at Tribal Council. DH and I like to watch it for the human dynamics. Then we speculate how long someone will last based on how annoying their personality is.
I know I would be the first one voted off. The old lady who tells everyone to pull their weight and get their chores done? I just know I wouldn't keep quiet for long and it would come spilling out eventually!
Not to mention that I hate camping with a passion. And that's in a travel trailer. I can't even imagine the amount of nature that would touch me on an hourly basis!

Pat and I love Survivor! It should be interesting. Not sure I liked the format they had last year.

Yes we watch Survivor but I think it is about to run out also. I could never lay around in a swimsuit for 30 + days even if I had the figure. I also hate bugs and they really get eatin up sometimes, that I could not stand. wouldn't mind the weight loss but some are so skinny when they start and are showing bone when they leave. I think I would fatten up alittle before I went. Some don't know when to shut up. Well anyway will probably watch tonight. Deborah

Hubby and I are fans! We've watched most of the seasons, but not all (I think we've missed only 1 season). I guess I am surprised each time they announce a new season. Though we like it and will watch it anyway.  Most seasons are similar, but the shows end up somewhat different due to personalities. WHAT?! They're bringing back Coach?! He's the one personality that rubs me the wrong way. I don't tolerate him well...... Pam |

(sorry spelling!)  just fooling with you! He is a character that you love to hate! So if Russell's nephew is on, does that mean that Rob's cousin, or BIL, or bartender is on as well! Karen |

We have always watch Survivor as a family. It's crazy but even as grown-ups we love the challenges. (some of these peoples shelter building skills make me shutter and laugh at the sometime)  Cat |

We are Survivor fans here! It doesn't matter to me who they bring back. I don't like when they on BB. I have to say that I don't remember Ozzy?? I probably will when I see him! We are taping it as we had company for supper so once my DS is home from his day at college we will start!

Definitely a Survivor fan. I love the challenges and am fascinated by (to steal Michelle's term) the human dynamics. Since some of you may not have seen tonight's episode yet, I will not give anything away. But I do think I'm going to enjoy this season.  Michelle, you crack me up! I have a friend who shares your passion against camping. I think her idea of roughing it is staying in a three star hotel!  I even had to go to her house and kill a spider for her one time when her husband was overseas. (Shh, don't tell brother...he might not take pity on me and deal with the next yucky, icky, nasty roach I run across. Eww, shutter!!) Christy |

I didn't get to watch the full show but ITA..yeah have the courage to volunteer but don't volunteer if you suck at it...I mean your tribe will suffer in the long run...not a bad show.
I wonder how long till Coach is ousted.
