And I did remember to take pictures. Except that I forgot to add in the cards that DD, her friend, and I made. Gails cards are on the left, Cats are in the middle and Crafty Girls cards are on the right. We will definitely do this again after the holidays. It will be nice to have something to do when the winter blahs hit! Thanks again for participating, guys. You did great!

Cat, you have me pegged. I realized today that I hadn't made my follow up appt for my back. Ugh. I'd like to blame the meds, but really I just haven't been myself since we moved. I know it's just the settling in process, but I'm the sort of person who is pretty organized. It frustrates me! But I'm almost ready to put stuff up on the walls. That's progress! But I definitely would hang out with you anyday! Michelle, I do know what you mean....I've always been an organized person....I could tell you where you could find anything in my house.....but between how things were at work and the allergy meds and the guys trying to help me....I'm not sure where anything is. Since my work predicament has changed I'm doing better in that department. Also about 3 wks ago I finally found a mask that helps with the chemical smells, perfumes, candles and air freshers etc. I've been forced to wear it at work a few times already. A real beautiful sight, (looks like I'm wearing a jock support strap on my (red) face). But I can breath and I don't have use my nebulizer & meds. No shakes and having to get Hubby to come 30 miles just to drive me home. Fewer meds is a good thing..... I still haven't had the nerve to wear it in public so going out to shop is still out at this point........ but little steps for now. ( I never thought I was a very vain person but wearing that mask has me wanting to hide my head) Cat Sure you still want to hang out with me mask and all? Cat

Cat, I'm glad that you are finding some relief. You would fit right in overseas! When we lived in Seoul, everyone wore masks in the winter. Partly to protect against germs and partly to protect against pollution.

Those are nice cards, Cat and Gail. Good job! Too bad, we didn't get to see Michelle's. I bet they were great. Thanks again, for collecting these. It was a lot of fun to make them. Now, won't if be funny, if Hubby sends me my own card back?
Oh, Cat, I hope you feel better, soon. Allergies are no fun! It is a bad year here too. Sometimes I wore a mask to mow the lawn, when we had a lawn.
And, I bet you are still fun to hang with too, mask and all!

Awesome job girls!!! I've been sending Operation Write Home cards too. Last week I sent out a big box of 75 cards; about a dozen of them were Christmas themed. It feels good to be able to do a little something for our troops.
