a time warp hole in my art/crafty room. Must be by the door somewhere because everytime I enter it, time seems to stand still and what seems like seconds is actually minutes. Like last night went to go finish a card for the Stampyland Blog and I thought I had only been in there for 20 minutes but when I emerged a full hour had gone by...now if I could only figure out how to reverse it but with the same creativity output that is generated so I can do what takes me in hours down to minutes..

Totally amazing how the clock speeds up sometimes!!! I haven't figured it out yet either.

Sooooo true!! This phenomena is eerie! You just get sucked in and have no idea. Happens to me everytime!

See, now I think Susan is the one with the time turner. She does these videos and the projects are done in minutes. But I just know it would take me an hour to do what she does.

I know I'm a slow worker. I tell myself I'm enjoying the method. But truth is, I'm slow. And I second guess myself too much. Should I use the flower or button embellie? Should it go here or there?

And it translates over into other crafts. Has anyone ever made one of those quilts in a day? EVER? Not me!

So totally true!!! Quilt in a day?? Try a week!! I look through scrapbook magazines and see the Made in Minutes ideas- even with a mapped out plan it still takes me hours to get anything done!!! Indecision must be my middle name!!

Leslie, I know what you mean. The same thing happens when I sit down at my computer!

Know I have to say that working thru my organizing my studio, I find that I can get down to creating so much faster!
