Hi,
Haven't been on the board much to post, but now thought I would. I just found a lump in my breast on October 22. Went to family doc and was sent for a mammogram and sonogram while the radiologist was there. Anyway confirmation was made and had two core biopys done one on the lump and the other on a lymph node. We met twice with the surgeon and yesterday made arrangements for surgery and plan of treatment. My surgery will be on November 30th. Right from the start my surgeon was upfront with me and let me know the facts.
Just wanted to let you all know. Prayers would be appreciated for our family. This kinda makes a big adjustment for me and perhaps my scrapping will be on hold a little till I can do it again.
