Today Sawyer had a huge desire to see Santa. I hesitated at first because last year, he asked me to take him SIX times and then freaked out every time. So we got dressed and decided to go ahead and go while he knew what he wanted to ask for and while it was early in the day. Turned out AWESOME! If you have a young one interested, I definitely recommend hitting up the mall for a visit soon! There was not a line, Santa talked to Sawyer for a good ten minutes before even asking if he was good, what he wanted, or taking pictures.. AND-Coolest Santa Ever took Sawyer by the hand and they walked to go see the train that was parked nearby. I was just amazed and impressed. Absolutely see if your little ones are interested yet while the lines are too short or nonexistent-everybody wins! (and of course I have to show this darling off!)

I agree--go early. I can't stand to hang out in lines forever. And when they are that young, it's hard to explain that others are waiting when they themselves have been waiting.

Great picture Nikki. Sawyer is a cutie. Don't have any little ones to take. Those photos are so fun to scrap. Deborah

Very Cute! And great plan to go early. No line sure keeps the kiddos in better moods for the pictures.
I was so sad when my kids outgrew Santa pics at the mall. I just went myself. Luckily, Santa didn't think I was too weird. My mom loves that picture! I still have the little bear I got for not crying and fussing!

Less crowds=less stress for everyone...including the kids! We had great experiences taking the kids to see Santa before Thanksgiving.
Very cute, Nikki! (sigh) Mine are now too old for that. But my friend and I were at the mall today and talked about going to see Santa!! hehehe

Obviously, Sawyer had a wonderful time with Santa! What a cute picture!
I hope that my daughter takes our grandsons to see the Jolly Old Elf soon, too! Lines are just too hard on little children (not to mention their parents).
Our oldest grandson has been told "a rumor" about Santa by some of his friends, but fortunately, my daughter reads "Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus" to him, and reminds him that he has 2 young brothers.
It just makes me want these little boys to stay little forever!

Oh so cute! We used to drive out of our area to a mall an hour away because the Santa man was so authentic looking. Great picture..he looks so pleased with himself.
