Hi everyone! I really need some help with the Scrapyland exclusive cd I just purchased. How do I make it work with my Silhouette? I have tried a lot of things but nothing seems to do the trick . Can any of you clever divas help a danish girl, being not that bright when it comes to computers. I cross all my fingers and wait for help KInd regards Ansa

Ansa, I know there is a trick. I tried searching the MB, but didn't have any luck. Email Dani directly at scrapyland@gmail.com. He will get you the instructions. I just remember there was a trick, but I don't remember what it was. Good luck!

a. Insert your Scrapyland CD into the CD drive. b. If the installation process automatically starts, cancel out of the installation. c. Right-click on your “Start” menu and select “Explore” d. Select the CD device labeled with "Scrapyland". e. Select the folder labeled "Designs" f. Select and copy all files in this folder. To do this, go to the "Edit" menu and click on "Select All". Once all files are highlighted, go back to the "Edit" menu and click on "Copy" g. Go to C:\Program Files\ROBO Master\Templates and go to the "Edit" menu to click on "Paste". This will place all files into your library. h. Repeat steps “e” through “g” with transferring all files from the “Thumbnail” folder to C:\Program Files\ROBO Master\QKView\Thumbnail

Hi Dani
Thank you for helping out. My husband came to the rescue, but we can´t make it work. None of our computers will read the cd and we can´t copy the files to the robomaster libary. My husband says there is something wrong with the cd.

I wonder if you need a European version of the CD. I know that when I was in Europe I had to make sure I bought an American version of a CD so it would work in the equipment that I had in the states. It was a pain because I accidentaly got one from Niewenschwanstein Castle about it's history that I could not use.
Just a thought. Dani would know if that pretains to operating system CD's.

mmm definitely very strange. We never had a non working CD before from the many hundred we have sold.
Some technology does need special versions of equipment but I dont think it pertains to computer software.
Anne I emailed you a bit more about this.

Mine didn't install into the program. I had to drag the files into the folder on the computer and it works
