So we played would you rather earlier this year..and I thought wouldn't it be fun to do this again, but you have to limit it to either winter or holiday stuff only.
So I will start.
Would you rather go on a sleigh ride or go ice skating?

Definitely a sleigh ride! I'm not good at ice skating (and, in case you didn't already know...ice is very, VERY hard!!!)
Would you rather use wrapping paper or gift bags?

Händel by far, but my all time favourite is Bach's Christmas Oratory. I played the CD a lot over the last weeks.
Would you rather have a "real" Cristmas tree or "artificial" prelit one?

White Christmas of course!
Living in Minnesota you have to have a white Christmas!
This year, however, it might be a brown Christmas where I live. It was almost 40 degrees today. It's pretty bare outside!

Christmas morning
A quiet day at home with immediate family, or invite the whole family and maybe some friends in for a big dinner celebration?

Presents Christmas Eve AND Christmas morn! And the big family Christmas Eve and just a few of us Christmas morn. The best of everything! Karen, what part of MN are you in? My parents are just west of the cities and I thought they had snow? Or did it all melt? And here's my question: Mittens or gloves?

Anything goes! I'm so random!
Michelle, I live about 30 miles north of the cities. We are brown here. We did have some snow a few weeks ago, but it all melted. Today it was raining. Maybe it will turn to snow tonight.
Sticky bows on gifts or ribbon you can tie around on gifts?

Real ribbon to tie onto packages! When we lived in Seoul, I would haunt the fabric market when I was out on the town. DD was big into bows in her hair (hmmm, maybe that was her mom? ) But I had to buy ribbon by the 50 yard spool. I always wondered what to do with it and then I had the idea to wrap packages with real ribbon. It makes an elegant package. And I need a buying trip back to Seoul! Karen, I always wish for a white Christmas--it just seems wrong to have a brown Christmas in MN! Most years we get lucky, but 2 or 3 years ago, I think it snowed every day that we were there. We almost had to cancel Christmas Eve at Grandma's house. For the first time ever, we had dinner in the afternoon there. We would stay at their house until about 11:30 pm and then going over to Midnight Mass and fall asleep during Mass. It was a really peaceful end to a busy night!

I'd love a white Christmas like we often had when I was growing up in Kansas (I'm pretty sure that my parents didn't love it as much as I did)! We maybe get a day's worth of snow here, about every 10 years, and usually in January...sigh.....

Fancy Christmas dishes...but not for every meal.
Standing in the longer USPS line, or in the shorter line (but costing more...in other words, "buying your time") UPS Store line?

Fancy Christmas dishes...but not for every meal. Standing in the longer USPS line, or in the shorter line (but costing more...in other words, "buying your time") UPS Store line? hahaha NEITHER! Luckily I don't mail anything but cards, and that can be done from my house. I literally LOATHE going to our local post office, I have nightmares about it! LOL Christmas Day breakfast OR Christmas Day brunch
