Just thought I'd check in and see how everyone is doing with their Holiday plans. I'm mostly done. Are we ever completely done until the clock runs out?? I have a few more cards to send, a gift basket to get together, and some gift cards to distribute, but that's it. Course, given enough time, I can and will think of some other things to do!! ;D How about you?? Are you on track to finish in time?? Whatever your stage of preparation, I hope you're finding some time for yourself, too!! Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Joyous Kwanzaa, Cool Yule, Peaceful Solstice - whatever your celebration, I hope it's a happy and meaningful one for you! Gail

Exactly Gail--I have as much to do as I have time left. When I step on the plane, my time has run out! I'm pretty much done. We are doing our family gifts tonight. The kids are home from school (early release) and are a bit, um, squirrel-y. I sent them to the basement to get out of my hair. No, I don't know when Dad will get home. And no, we aren't having pizza for dinner! But I'm pretty much done. I've got to deliver the fudge to the neighbors and now I'm thinking I could get a few more cards done. Or I could take a nap. Or do the dishes. Hope all is well at your house!

I just have a few more presents to wrap and I'll be done...I think...
If only DH would leave the house long enough for me to wrap the "big one" for him, I would be pretty much ready for Santa!
Merry Christmas, etc., etc., etc. to everyone!

Diane, I did the dishes and make soup for dinner. No nap today. Maybe on the plane tomorrow. The kids are seated separate from us, so I only have DH to bug me.
The fudge is packaged up, soup is made, Big Dog is bathed, the stocking stuffers are wrapped, the studio is picked up, floors are swept, cookies are packaged up, I have all the gifts set aside for MN, laundry is done, my phone is loaded with Christmas music and a movie, and I'm about half packed. Time for a bit of a break!

Organized, but pooped. I just finished cleaning up the living room after opening gifts. Both kids were really happy with their presents, especially the big ones. Neither kid had them on the list, but had mentioned them in the past. Turns out I did good! And DH got me a TiVo for my studio.

Holy Scrap! I can't believe the schedules! I guess my life was scheduled that way earlier this week. But as of tonight, it will slow WAY down! School got out today, school plays/recitals are done with (as of tonight), I work a 1/2 day tomorrow and then I will come home and pack to leave for 5 days!! YEA!! We also enjoyed one more visit from my side of the family this evening before we leave tomorrow. Gail, I hope you got all of your cards sent, gifts put together and delivered. Michelle, yikes! I hope there is a peace that comes over you as you step on that plane tomorrow! Ana, good luck with all of that baking, shopping and wrapping! I know I will be happy as soon as we head out to our destination tomorrow. We're taking my son to the Lions/Chargers game on Saturday night (part of his Christmas present...should be a great game!!) and Christmas on Sunday! I'm just like a kid right now.... 1/2 day of work, 1/2 day of work....that's all I have to get through!! Holiday ladies!! Pam
