I was watching The Today Show this morning while working out and I was thinking about a scrapbook page about 2011. I would probably do a double page layout. What major news events happened in 2011 that you would want to record for posterity? Or at least your kids?
I was thinking categories like: Major news stories Famous People Deaths
There were so many, but I didn't have time to write them down.

I forgot music! Local happenings would be good for those who are stationary people--nomads like myself tend to think dismiss that since we are never "local."

I've been organizing my studio the past two days and have kept a list beside me as I'm thinking about this. I'm going to have to narrow it down, but a lot happened in 2011.
I like the bread/milk/gas idea, too. I did this in the kids baby books. DD was born in 1999 and gas was $.85 a gallon the week she was born. Can you imagine? That was only 12 years ago.
