So, I've gone through about a couple rolls of adhesive that have been like this, it rolls okay for about 3 lines of adhesive so I have to fix it after like every photo. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I took before and after photos to demonstrate my issue.  002 004 |

You know I don't have a gun in front of me but my first thought is it going the right way? There is or should be a small picture on the black wheel that shows the way it should be threaded..I know if I do mine wrong it does something similar to that.

No, it looks like it was threaded correctly. I heard there was a batch of bad tape. Contact Scotch and they know just what that problem is. It looks like the adhesive isn't all coming off the tape and it's getting stuck and rolling back on itself.
I had one roll that did this once. I pulled all the tape out of the gun, pulled off about 2 feet of tape and rethreaded it. It was fine after that. I've gone through at least 2 dozen rolls of tape and they have all been fine other than that one.

I agree, contact Scotch they have really great customer service. I had lost the back piece that locked in the used tape roll and they sent me a brand new machine no questions asked! All I had to do was make sure that I sent them mine with the return label the sent along w/ the new machine. ;D  |
