Hello Everyone! Haven't been on in awhile - new job and finally went on our honeymoon (a year late!) - so to make up for my silence, I wanted to share a project I completed recently. This is an "ocean" scene for my nephew's ocean themed room. Lots of dies and digital shapes cut on my Silhouette - even some Scrapy Land Exclusives! I managed to import the exclusive shapes from the CD but still can't figure out how to get the thumbnails in - if anyone knows how, please let me know! Erin

what a great project Erin! LOVE projects designed on a grid like this - so easy to keep them nice and balanced! Thanks for sharing! And I"m sorry - I don't think I know how to get the thumbnails into your Sil library! I'll be watching though to see if anyone else knows...

Thanks for the complements everyone! I realized that the exclusive shape was on the card, not the wall hanging: I based the design on other octopus birthday cards I've seen....

Erin, your nephew is gonna love that wall hanging. It is so cute!! And the octopus card is simply adorable!! Great work! Unfortunately, I don't know how to import the CD images into your thumbnails, either. Sorry! Thanks so much for sharing your work! Gail

For importing it depends on which version of Silhouette software you have. I knew how to do it manually in the Robo Master but not the new Silhouette Studio.

Thanks everyone! My nephew wasn't too interested - he's at the age where boxes are more interesting than the actual presents - but my sister loved it! Especially that it matches his room. I ended up emailing Silhouette to see if they could help me to import thumbnails for my Scrapy Land Exclusives and guess what, you can't - at least not in Silhouette Studio. From what they told me, only designs from the Silhouette store can have thumbnails... Does anyone have the images for the Digital Design Portfolio - Scrapy Land Exclusives - Vol. 1? I don't have a copy but would like one so that I can easily see what digital designs I have. The cut files just aren't helpful when I'm going through my library...

GREAT projects, Erin! So colorful....I will bet that your nephew will be spending lots of time laying in his bed, imagining those sea creatures floating around in the ocean!
