Is there a copic line or other brand marker that has a smaller tip for making fine lines in detailed stamped images like hairs on animals ?

Noelle I am not sure about another brand, but Copics the thinnest point it going to be the bullet point - it's kind of like a sharpie point - on one of the sides of the original Copic, square barrel size. The Sketch and Ciao both have the chisel tips, and the brush tips. But have you ever tried going back into an area you've colored and adding in fine black lines? Like for fur??? Maybe someone else will know of an ultra-fine tipped alcohol ink marker system, but I can't think of one I've seen. good luck! whatcha coloring?

Copic makes the Spica pen, which is actually a fine-tipped glitter pen, but not too glittery. I have a few, and have used them for fine lines without the glitter being too "sparkly". (It has more of a "shiny" look, instead of a typical "matte" finish of the other Copic markers).
But I agree with Susan...if it's black lines you're looking for, go back over the image with a fine-tipped marker.

Actually Copic makes multi-liners, they are very fine from 0.03 to 0.1. However they don't provide a plethora of colors in that line. The Spica pens you can't shade and I like to use them for bling and a few traces of highlights for hair but definitely not for coloring with...they don't tend to be smooth since they have some glitter in them.

Okay, maybe it would help by telling you what stamps I'm trying to use. I'm trying to use stamps by House Mouse (which Dani doesn't carry but should ;P). I haven't had good luck with Copic Spica pens, the ones I've bought have seemed to be dried up when I went to use them :/!

Oooh I have those stamps..they are so stinkin cute. You know I haven't tried my copics with them yet, but I have colored them with Twinkling H20s, Watercolor Crayons from Stampin Up and Pencils. I admit I have never really attempted to make fur with them. Are copics your only option or is that just what you like to color them with?
ETA - Ok just looked at a couple from a long time ago, the fur I did attempt with I did with colored pencils.
You know with copics you can give them texture so you could color them in and then get some material that has long fibers or a knubby washcloth dip it in the Colorless Blender (0) and dab onto the stamp images to replicate fur.

Oh, I was talking about using a different color for the fur to highlight it, so you don't lose the detail of the stamp.
