Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Crust: 16 Graham cracker squares- Crushed 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted butter Mix together a press in bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan Melt together: 20 caramels 2 Tbsp milk Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Pour into crust Mix together with electric mixer: 2- 8oz packages cream cheese softened. 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla ADD: 2 eggs. Mix until well blended. Pour over caramel layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Until center is set. Enjoy!
