I'm working on a book of my husband, 25 years of general practitioner. It is an unusual size, because I want to use the door-plate as cover of this book. He retired as a general practitioner December 31. I made this double layout with the original "green card" and archives envelope. This green cards were used before we used the computer. The green card had all medical information of the patient. In the first layout I explain what my husband did to make the medical information more clear, it took many hours/months. I don't have pictures of the work my husband did, so I decided to do it this way.
