Hello, all! I'm Cindyann. I've stamped since 1984, and scrapped a bit since the early 90's. My husband and I autocross during late spring, summer, and early fall... so now that things have slowed down a bit, I finally had the opportunity to look around - further than "things to buy", anyway, there's always time to shop, right?! LOL
Right now I'm looking forward to my Vagabond arriving... was thrilled to order it right away at such a great price. Thanks, Scrapyland!
Happy crafting to all, Cindyann

Welcome, Cindyann! Ooh, a Vagabond, you lucky girl. Once you have a chance to play with it, I hope you let us know what you think. Glad to welcome a fellow stamper to the board. Like you I came to scrapping through stamping. Can't wait to see some of your work! Gail

Hi, Cindyann! Welcome to the nicest group of Divas that you'd ever want to meet! Let us know how much you your new Vagabond...we like to be enabled! **DH and I were in Iowa about a month ago, traveling mostly on Highways 2 and 34 across the state. We agreed that we would like to visit there again!

Thanks for the welcome! What a nice group you all are.
I expect to love the Vagabond - I have a BS Express, and it's been super great. The Vagabond will be stronger, and allow more varied cutting, and easier to tote along.
With worsening joint issues, electric machines are my new best friends... and I've been a fan of Tim Holtz since waaaaay back when - before the 'net/before the 'net was prevalent. And how cool does it look?
Enabling - well, my dear friend and partner in crafting crime calls me R.O.A.T.I.E., short for Ruler of All That Is Evil. We enable each other dreadfully, and our husbands say that when one gets something, the other isn't far behind. She is actually way ahead of me, having just gotten a Cricut Imagine and an Accucut machine... the news of which has my DH shaking in his boots! He need not worry - much - as he is looking for a new (used) track car, having driven his into a wall at Road America in August. On the other hand, he can't say too much, as I haven't destroyed my toys, and they never need race tires and brakes, either! LOL
casunflower, you'll have to come back to visit Iowa. There are several great shops. Did you know Reminisce is in Iowa City? Originally a store, they then developed the line, after which they sold the store, and just concentrated on the Reminisce line. The store later closed. Iowa's a great place to live - we are transplanted Texans, but have lived here since 1978.
Time for bed - I do look forward to getting to know everyone! Cindyann

Hello Cindy Ann. I am a former Iowan. Born and lived around the Oskaloosa -Pella Area. My daughter lives in North Liberty by Iowa /City and I always make a stop in Coralville at Memories on Fifth. I have live the last 16 years in Wisconsin. Planning a trip that way next week for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday and we are making holiday cookies. So fun. Happy to have you on the board. Any questions just ask. Deborah Keizer-Actos on the board.

I have live the last 16 years in Wisconsin. Deborah, Where in WI? We have been up to Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI, a bunch of times. (Clearly, the last time was not a rousing success for the car - but the guys were not hurt at all, thank goodness!) Anyway, we normally stay in Plymouth, and I have had the pleasure of visiting the shop there. Cindyann

Cindyann, I live close to the Illinois border just off of Highway 43 in the town of Delavan WI. We live between Janesville WI on the west and Milwaukee on the East. We have a dairy farm but I work inside on books and answer phone calls. We also have a Refuse (garbage truck) business on the side. I love scrapbooking all my grandchildren's pictures. Deborah

Next summer when we drive to MN for our summer vacation (where all my family lives), we need to plan a Scrapy Land Meet and Greet. I've stayed in Janesville a few times and we ALWAYS stop at the Cheese Chalet in DeForest for cheese curds. It's just north of Madison.
Plan on it--just don't ask me when it will be. I probably won't know until June when we will go to MN.
