Susan or Dani,
I noticed that on the CHA Quickutz release that some of them "punches" instead of die or cookie cutter. Is this something new or have they always said that and I have just never noticed before. If not, what are the punches versus the regular dies?
Thanks, Lisa

great question! several months ago they released these as well - there was a banner, a scallop, and stars I think... it simply means that the shapes are repeated - same size, same shape - over and over again, on what looks like a 12" border die. So it's easy to mass produce a project - like a banner, or holiday cards, or cake toppers, etc. But personally - I like using them as negative shapes! LOL They are simply calling them "punches" {kind of misleading in my book!} to show that it's a mass producible, exactly same shape... hope that helps!

Yes, they're border-size dies that punch a shape in one or two sizes. I love them, especially the ones that have two sizes of the same shape on the die. It makes making multiples of something so easy.
Not sure why they're called punches, but they're great nevertheless!

I love the "punches" - as others have said, makes mass producing easy! Rather than having to run a single shape through numerous times to get multiples, you get multiples with one pass though the die cutter. I can't wait to get the snowflake punches for Christmas cards....
