Anyone remember that Spellbinders sued QK for patent infringement back in 2009, before QK was sold to Lifestyle Crafts? Well, Scrapbook Update posted that the lawsuit was dismissed after Spellbinders patent was invalidated due to deceiving claims. www.scrapbookupdate.com/2012/11/14/spellbinders-lawsuit-against-quickutz-dismissed/I always wondered if that lawsuit was the coffin nail for the good old Quickutz and I'm a bit worrid, how Spellbinders will cope with the resulting claims from QK, especially in this economy. There's a discussion about this topic on Two Peas in a Bucket as well.

Thanks for the update! Yes, I do remember the lawsuit & had wondered what was going on with it. Funny that we here in the States are getting updated by a Crafty European! I have loved your picture posts, Barbara. Hope you have more to show. Leslie/RocketCityUSA
