I think I would quit my job. It takes more hours than I get paid for and I feel like I am not getting the satisfaction from it that I would like to get from it.. oh well.. Can't have everything. I am thinking about the charity thing too.. but only if I win the lottery.. moolah has to come from somewhere!!! I would keep mine for medical benefits and the 401K match only

Well since I don't buy tickets I don't have to worry about what to do with they winnings. One less thing to worry about thank goodness. Now if someone was to buy one for me......... Then I would have to start thinking.... Nah!!! I don't have time! Good Luck to you all! <><

Hi Virginia, you have got me thinking! I think we may be smelling the same fish. But every fish loves to swim with it's own kind. <>< Did you notice that 'the fish' is not longer an active member? Off they go.

Off they go. I would have left immediately too, after that reaction! I didn't think the question was inapropriate and it was moderate worded. I wish QK would either speed up with working out all the club details or allow their retailers to announce their clubs only after all details are set. It's an unhappy situation, both for retailers and customers.

;D Oh, perhaps not an American term? Basically, it describes a woman who doesn't work and lives off their otherhalf's earnings. Oh you mean like me LOL although with eldest now left school and possibly about to leave home my leisure days could be numbered ;D

From what I've been reading, I have to come out of the closet & admit I think I'm a lady of leisure. Right now my kids are out of school, but they are taking various 1/2 & all day camps during the summer. When they are in school, I am home 7:30 - 3:00 alone doing various things. . . . Laundry/scrapbooking/dusting/scrapbooking/cleaning/scrapbooking, you get the point. But, and this is an important but, no one asked me what I did @ home when my kids were little & I was w/ them literally 24/7. I tell my husband this is payback for those years. LOL I don't take my husband for granted or the fact I can stay at home. I'm actually in awe of women who work in & outside of the home. And wonder how they do it all & stay sane. I would be a raving lunatic, reason I believe why my husband likes me being a SAHM. LOL

well with recent events and the fact that his work is slowing down, he thinks i should be looking for a proper job.
Like Christine tho, up until the kids started school at age5 (they never went to nursery or anything) i spents all day every day with them, painting, play-doh, model making, cooking all the activities you could think of and then i was ill & constantly tired so now it's 'my time' ;D

Leader 1, you enjoy your time! I figure if mom/wife isn't happy, the house isn't happy.
