All, I worked in a scrapbook store in college but we didn't have a good way to adhere vellum without showthrough, especially on letters (for rectangles i use the clear photo corners). Anyone have any tips? i'm especially interested in cutting out vellum words (on the revolution) and overlapping the letters a bit going across my page and some pictures without adhesive showing. Thanks!

Did you tried maybe stitching, or "hanging" your letters from brads? Also, you might want to try the vellum tape by Scotch (I believe that's the brand). I am bookmarking this thread so I can learn new ideas from others too. H2H, Virginia

I agree the scotch vellum tape works great. Also there are glue dots for vellum paper too. Another suggestion is run it through Xyron - test it first. I use Xyron for some of my vellum letters/embellishments.

I hope this is okay with you Dani! I tried the Scotch Vellum Spray with various results. Then my friend gave me a package of Creative Memories Vellum adhesive tags to try ( she sels C. M.). They are the same size as the usual square adhesives made by many companies but when with Vellum the are 100% Invisable! I love them. That is the only thing I buy from C. M. Laura. <><

Hmmm, I may try that, if I can only find a CM seller anywhere within 50 miles from home. I scared them and their whole acid-free/flat-embellies away when they say my Quickutz kingdom.

Hi Dani, Delete this if it is not ok. My friend at church is a C.M. rep. If you can't find one near you then let me know. I could order them from her and send them out to anyone who is interested. C. M. in the US like everything else is probably cheaper. They are overpriced. I can find out the price and let you know. Laura. <><

I put tiny dots of Zig 2-way glue on vellum. Once it's dry, I can only see it if I look very, very closely. On some vellum, I can't see it at all.
