flowers, brads, buttons.ribbon???
I store by color~
I have mine in $1 organizers I found at the dollar tree...[they are similar to the floss holders....but smaller] I have them by color. I store my ribbons in x-large mason jars and then my flowers and alpha stickers are in a drawer seperated by color!

I store my ribbon in a Pull-ez Ribbon Purse My flowers in an altered shoebox. My brads and buttons go into my Craft Mates Craft Organizer My fibers go into dollar store containers that pretty much look like the craft mates but are not child proof and of course, I wrap my fibbers around the now retired spool die RS-0502 which is now on sale and can also be used for cards. I bought two of these spool dies so I can make the spool faster.

I'd like something better for the cookie cutters. Those magnetic binders just don't look like they hold enough and a little pricey. Any great ideas out there?

I've got a lot of IKEA storage as there isn't much special craft storage available over here. My flowers are in IKEA spice glasses (have them sent in ziplock baggies from the US), my buttons, fibers (on the QK spools), eyelets and snaps are in little screw organeizers from the hardware store sorted by colour and theme I've got a couple of multi drawer units from IKEA on the right side of my desk, where I have a drawer for brads, one for beads, one for dew drop ink pads, one for rub ons and so on. My ribbons and raffia (I like to use it for cardmaking and flower arrangements) have their own cardboard boxes each

My nesting shapes are on a magnetic board that's hanging right over my Big Shot on the wall. For my fonts and the other shapes I'm still searching too. I'd love if QK would come out with larger binders at least so you could keep an entire grand alpa in one binder.

most items are in a Plano tackle box!!!! I got it at GI Joes real cheap! Sportsman warehouse did not have it there. Walmart sells similar tackle boxes. I can buy the trays at Walmart or Sportsman world. I have put my ribbons in small cropper hopper boxes like floss containers. I have organized the supplies: christmas, baby boy, baby girl, halloween, misc. This is so easy to transport to crops although non of the stores locally have crops - no space for tables! I just put in the trays that I need. I have pulled these pix from the net. For my brass stencils, I store them in a spinner box: i190.photobucket.com/albums/z267/CALEESZ/STENCILBOX.jpgFor paper, I have organized by: heritage, dankanis family, lee family, teen girl, baby boy. I took the wheels off and have this on a shelf in the garage: I have some Iris totes that hold 12 X 12 papers with handles and have added Graduation, Wedding, Soccer, Recipes. These I can just pull out and take the paper with me. I also have two new Iris hanging file boxes. There is three hanging files and a little box that attaches to the top that I can put my scissors, etc in at the top. For my QK, I use the binders and for the limited CC's I have, well they are in their plastic bags. QK Mary gave me an idea on storing the fonts but I haven't gotten around to that yet! When I get a chance, I'll take a picture of my items in the containers.

I just basically throw them in a basket. When that basket gets full I put in another basket. When I need something I take the contents and toss on the floor. By the time I find the item, it is time for me to go to work. So everything gets thrown into the basket. That is why I get nothing done.
But I buy more so there you go.

Danica,
Baskets are great for stamps also. I have more stampin up stamps than any one should really have but I am a demonstrator just to buy my own stuff and there stamps come in nice storage boxes...But, other stamps tossed in baskets is an ideal storage solution...

Cookie Cutter Storage Solution
Go to your local office supply and get Magnetic Sheets. I forget the price but it was not bad and you get 5 sheets to a pkg. They are usually sticker backed.also pick up some heavy cut page protectors if you can not find those no worries get the regular ones. If you get the regular ones peel off the paper from the magnetic sheet and stick to chipboard. You can use the leftovers from the LSS or an old tablet. It will help keep it stiff. Fill the sheet with your cookie cutter dies, slip into the page protector sheets and you can then place in a regular binder. I like the new GREEN binders you can because they are made of raw chipboard so you decorate them. I use Thickers on the binders spine. One 1 1/2 standard binder will hold tons of sheets.
Hope this helps. ;D

My friends think I am OCD organised...I like things neat, but I'm not really that bad! Honest! ;D
I try and store all bits and pieces in frosted plastic boxes.
Once my craftroom is finished I will try and remember to post some photos.
