Just wondering how many have had to have their rev fixed. This is time number two for me. Although the first time should not count since it was already broken when I got it.

So far I've been lucky because it hasn't needed repair--and it even fell off my desk once. (I was a bit worried about that, but it still works fine.)

Rev, just once. The plastic gears just stopped rolling the plate through. Qk was great, fixed it and gave me a new plate since I scratched the first one up kinda bad. Fingers crossed, I won't have to send back again and I have not scratched this new plate attachment. Up, not down.

Never!!!!!!!!!! ;D
Now that I said that it will need to go in tomorrow. I use it all the time, I even cut chipboard with it. (cracker box thickness). Sorry you have had some trouble with yours. I have had my machine since the day they arrived on the market.
This is why I prefer QK to other brands. I have gone thru 2 red sizzix machines. I have the big shot now it works OK.

I was talking to a friend at Joy's and a woman asked her what it was and asked if I could "demo" it. Had a lot of fun!!!!!

My hubby was super sweet about it though. He kept saying are you sure we don't need to go to the store to get you another one? We can if you need it to finish your project? Are you sure??So cute!
