My name is Judy and I truly am NEW at stamping, cardmaking, and learning my way around my new laptop. I am 60 yr. old and disabled- housebound-hoping that making beautiful cards will be a wonderful way to occupy my mind and keep from going insane. Hope to make lots of friends and that you will help me learn your craft!

Welcome Judy! No one is ever too old to learn something new. I can tell you cardmaking saved my life. It's great therapy. Hope to see some of your creations & see you on the board. Christine

Welcome, Judy! There are a GREAT bunch of folks here, and everyone is willing to help each other! And you can ask ANY question you want to...no one is going to laugh at you, and we can all learn something. Who knows...you might just be the one needs the answer that we were all looking for! I hope to see you here a lot!

Happy to meet you, Judy. Cardmaking and stamping are lots of fun. Creative but relaxing. I know those and scrapbooking help to keep me as sane as possible. You'll develop your own style, and we'll be excited to see it as it progresses. Take a look at the gallery and Susan's blog to see what people have been up to. I've already stolen .. er, borrowed ... lots of ideas.

Welcome, welcome. Age is state of mind. I am learning more now(albeit a little slower) than I did when I was young. I am 57 but think like a 12 year old sometimes (that's what my hubby thinks). It might be true occasionally but thankfully not all the time. Have fun. Beware. This can become addicting and the members on this board will do NOTHING to stop you.
