I usually double this when I make it for company
1 lb. round steak (cubed or sliced thin) 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 medium onion 1 can (6 oz) mushrooms 1 clove garlic 1 cup sour cream 1 can tomato soup 1 TBSP Worchester sauce ¼ tsp tobacco sauce ½ green pepper cut up egg noodles or rice
Combine flour, salt and pepper, coat meat. Heat oil and brown meat on all sides, add onions, mushrooms & garlic. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir frequently. Combine sour cream, soup, sauces & green pepper. Pour over meat. Cover, cook over high heat until steaming, then reduce heat to simmer 45 minutes. Cook noodle or rice, serve meat over noodles or rice.
