1 ¼ lb pork –cut in thin strips 3 TBSP oil 1 onion – chopped 1 clove garlic – chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms 1 small evaporated milk 4 Tbsp Soya sauce 1 tsp curry powder Salt & Pepper
Cut pork in thin strips. Heat oil in pan. Brown pork, sauté onions and garlic. Add soya sauce, mushroom soup and evaporated milk. Bring to simmer. Add curry powder, salt & pepper. Reduce heat. Cover.
Simmer 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add mushrooms. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
