1 lb cream cheese 1 – 1 ½ cup sour cream ¾ cup sugar (increase ½ cup if needed) 1 Tsp vanilla 2 TBSP flour 4 eggs (room temperature) Crust: 1 ½ cup Graham Cracker crumbs 2 TBSP sugar
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth.
Combine crust ingredients. Press into spring form pan. Pour cheese ingredients into pan. Bake in 325 oven for 1 hour. Keep door closed and remain in oven over night.

I have sometimes lined the pan with Parchment paper - this has reduced the cake splitting in the center to much
