Let me start right off in saying that this is NOT a low fat dish. We only make this for parties and such (parties we are hosting or are comfy enough with the host to cook it at their house). It's best served right out of the oven! Artichoke Dip1 can drained, chopped artichoke hearts (I use the 14oz can). 1.5 cups mayonnaise 1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese 3 C grated mozzarella cheese 3 teaspoons chopped fresh garlic Mix it all together and put in an oven safe cassserole dish, uncovered at 325 for 25 minutes. We serve it with club crackers but really any cracker will do! Since there are so many international girls out there I found a conversion link for you on the measurements and temps! try adding spinach to this recipe and some chopped up hot peppers...that's how I make mine and it's GREAT!
