Are you thinking about words or images?
I'd love a small ScrapyLand stamp so that we could stamp the back of a card to let people know where we purchased our goods!
I have designed some but generally adapted Free Clipart & Images when i wanted something specific. Dover has incredible images. My husband does research on sea urchins and they are not in high demand in the stamping world but I wanted several. Somehow I don't think this is what you want!

what would they need to do? Come up with design ideas which would be put into rubber stamps. Obviously there will be some kind of pay, etc..

Is there a particular style or particular images you're looking for? Or do you want folks to just submit ideas and you'll pick what you like?
Do you know if this would be a one-time thing or something the designer would do regularly throughout the year?
How would you want designs to be submitted--hand drawings, scans of hand drawings, vector-based graphics....? Or does it matter to you?
Sorry for the barrage of questions. :-) I'm definitely interested--I just want to see if I can deliver what you're expecting.

We would need the images to be on an electronic format or very clear drawing so that it can be scanned and converted to a stamp. This can be either a 1 time thing where we would come out with a few stamps for a collection or it can be ongoing.
