I love when people share. It is so much fun to see what others create. Your coloring is terrific. I haven't been bitten by the Copic bug yet but it is certainly buzzing around.

Thank you, for the kind words ladies. Dania, the stamps are some that Dani is selling....I really love using these stamps on my cards. They are sooooo cute! I'm really enjoying my Copics. Mila, I'm slowly building my Copic stash too. Even with all of Dani's great sells I still have to take it slow and easy on my spending. lovesqk, let the Copic bug bite.....I have never used markers on my cards because I couldn't get them to blend the way I wanted. I love the way the Copics blend. It's very relaxing to color in the evenings after work. Start with just a few and you'll found out if it's for you.....But I can almost guarantee you will love them..... Thank you ladies for letting me share! Cat

Thank you, Gail and Michelle. You and all the other ladies have given me the self-confidence to share my work. I can see all my mistakes, but that's okay....because it's my best.....I will improve with time..... That being said; I'm sharing because I want other people to share their work....I want us to see and share our journeys together.... we get to see some peoples work while the rest of us are afraid...afraid because "we think" ours isn't good enough to share..... Well it is GOOD ENOUGH because it's our best! So Share and Feel good about it! Cat

Cat - you have done a wonderful job on your coloring. I am sure you learned something new on each one and moved on from there!
We always see our own mistakes. My expression is - A blind man would be happy to see it!
Keep it up!

Thank you Karen.....I have always enjoyed coloring. When I started stamping a few years back, I tried several different things to color with, including some markers. I never could get the look I wanted with the markers. I ended up sticking to Crayon map colors and some water color pencils, to get a look I was satisfied with. When Christy brought the Copics home last Christmas I fell in love with the look they gave to stamps. When Dani started handling Copics I was really excited. It meant I could start buying a few at a time and not pay shipping and handling. If there is anyone out there who hasn't tried Copics you need too. Buy a few or try a friends you'll be glad you did. They last a long time without needing a refill and when they need refilled Dani sells those too. Cat

Your copic work is beautiful. I have not done faces or people yet. I have done some scenery and I really like using my copics on my quickutz die cuts. I love cutting them out in white and then finishing the die cuts in copics. Easier than cutting all the small pieces. Great work .

AMEN sistah - right now in this crazy-band-mom-pre-Halloween season, where I haven't stamped an image in a couple of weeks - that's how I'm using my Copics more and more! LOVE IT - Especially my fave when I want the textures to stay the same! Copics to the rescue - white Bazzill Orange Peel or Bazzill Linen and I'm all set to color!

Cat--- love seeing your work! Very nice! I don't stamp much, but I love my copic collection to ink the edges and color die cuts (like Susan taught me!) And if ever I do start coloring stamped images I have a good collection of markers to use! Dani has the best price I have found on these and has enabled me to collect quite a few! Love them!

Thank you, MBtang, Susie, and Joselle, for your kind words. I do enjoy using my Copics: I'm having to learn how to use them; but I'm having a ball learning a new medium. There is something some of you may not know; Copics have very little if any odor to them. They are alcohol inks, so touching the ink itself won't bother most people. This was important to me because I have allergies to oil paints, some markers, and some other mediums. So if you have allergy problems you might check into Copics.....been a great problem solver for me. I'm enjoying my Copics so much I want to share my experience with them Cat

househund, I really love using Copics....I was surprised at how many different looks you can get with just a few pens. I was afraid I'd need a bunch of them to get started, but was very pleasantly surprised when I could do so much with just 10 pens...(I'm now slowly increasing my stash) I got my stamps from ScrapyLand....they are the bildmalarna stamps....I like these stamps a lot!
