it is still being produced - in fact I JUST got my backordered one from this summer. I have been borrowing my neighbor's English Rose font since she bought it here locally at a store {they received their CHA release and then decided to stop selling QK so it was deeply discounted immediately - otherwise she shops at SL!} My font set had been backordered since then {and MB's too! Did you get yours??} But mine just arrived Friday! So YAY the font must be back in stock at QK! It's a GREAT font, and now I can return my girlfriend's - LOL! I've had it almost exclusively since she loaned it to me! I'm sure as soon as Dani gets it back in it will be up on the store site!

Susan,
That is great news. I was so worried that they would stop producing such a lovely font.
Oh Dani,
Have you heard when you might get this font back in stock?

Same for me...so QK was just getting our backorders out. If Dani find more, I'm sure he'll share them. LOL - otherwise let's hope it's back in stock soon because it's a LOVELY font!

Not sure why they are limiting inventories. I can understand limited editions and gift sets, but the font is a winner. The girls that were scrapping in my home this weekend were all over it.

Probably to stay within a budget as everyone has to cut back on some things with the economy downfall. We should just be happy QK is still able to produce product for us at all!

Not sure why they are limiting inventories. I can understand limited editions and gift sets, but the font is a winner. After seeing the teaser on the Winter Wishes Gift Set under a new name, maybe it's because they're trying to get all of the items under the QK label out of their inventory. Maybe some of the more popular items will come back later in Lifestyle Crafts packaging.

I know a lot of people that would like to see the Revolution come back.

According to LC/QK, they are going to manufacture the gears. The last I heard was that they would be available in December. I bought a second Rev when DD broke my first one. I have an Epic as well, but my first love is the Rev!

Of all my cutting machine including the electric ones, my Revolution is still my favorite. I hardly use it because I am scared my gears will break. I so hope that L/C will bring back the gears and even the machine. I would love to have 2 so I can scrap my Q/K with my friends when they are over.

The Rev is my favorite tool, too, but I'm enjoying the Grand Calibur for larger dies. I was fortunate to get a second Rev before they were gone, but I would buy an extra set of gears as a backup if they were available. (I hope, I hope, I hope...

I'll be first in line if they start to make the gears again. I miss my revolution so very much.

I'll let you know when QK/LC contacts me about the gears. If you want to get on the list, you can contact them directly. Just go to their website and the email link is there under Contacts.
I hope it's soon! I've been cutting some heavy paper and embossing this week and have been using the Epic. I love my Rev!

What do you like so much about the Grand Calibur? I have looked at it several times but I just don't think I get it??? )

GC....cranks even easier then the Rev, and cuts like a Dream.(just like the REV)
The Rev is may favorite die cutter; but the Grand Calibur is so close it's not funny......
Pros...Cuts bigger dies than Rev
Cons...It's a lot heavier and at least twice the size of the Rev. (will be hard to carry to crops unless you have lots of room to haul it and a large area in which to crop)
Hope this helps! Cat
