Hello fellow divas.
I was wondering if the santa's workshop mini album kit is to be used with the revolution or with the larger eic six tool?
What about the Quickutz Gift Set- Special Delivery Limited Edition? Can that be used in the revolution or it is to be ysed in the Epic Six only?

Virginia, most of the Special Delivery set will work in the Revolution. There is one card die that's too wide to fit. The basic Santa's Workshop Set will all fit in the Revolution. The add-ons for the Gingerbread album only fit in wider machines such as the Epic or Big Shot. Hope this helps. They're both fun sets and really make card-making and album making quick and easy! Gail

and the Santas Workshop needs the 12" platform. It really is a fun set that can be used alot. Not sure about Special Delivery but I would love to have that one.

Good point about the 12" platform, Cindy. I tend to forget the Rev came with a 4" platform, cause I leave the 12" one in there all the time! You'll need the 12" platform for the Special Delivery Gift Set, also. Gail

Both sets are great--such a fast and simple way to put together projects. I use the pieces for Santa's Workshop all the time. They are some really great classics. And I'm so hoping that Special Delivery makes it into my stocking! I sent the link out to family for Christmas gift ideas. After all, they get the goodies that I make from the dies! It's a win-win situation! Michelle

Virginia if you are a cardmaker you will love the Special Delivery gift set. Hi Joselle: I like the Special Delivery set, it is just that I don't want to buy an Epic Six, specially after reading so many bad reviews, o be able to use it Is the special delivery set mostly to be used with the Epic?

The sizzix big kick is a great alternative to the epic six with the added benefit of being able to cut sizzix dies as well.

Virginia, as I noted above, all of special delivery EXCEPT for one card base will work in the Revolution, so 2 of the 3 large cards, all of the tiny cards, and all of the embellishments can be cut in the Rev. You'll get a lot of use out of it, even if you don't have an Epic! HTH Gail

The Big Kick is a fantastic machine. You can use it with every die and embossing folder/plate around, except the 12" products made for the Big Shot Pro (and some of the Ellison school dies made for the large-format school machines).

I agree with the others--I'd go with the BS over the Epic. It's a great machine and really sturdy. And Scrapy Land has it back in stock!

I have the Epic and the BS and go back and forth over which one to use. As Michelle said, the BS is sturdier, but the Epic is easier to carry up and down stairs! And if the dies aren't huge, I still use the Rev (and my 12" plate is in mine, also). And I'll soon be adding the Grand Calibur to the "collection"!

I use my revolution all the time unless my die is too big.....then I use my BS. (I broke down after the trouble with the Epic) When I travel I carry my revolution......I just pre-cut anything I will use or might use that won't fit my revolution. I really like the BS shot for home use.......I'm hoping the spellbinders machine is easier to carry on trips. Cat

Virginia, I'm very sorry because I cannot help you with Revolution and or Epic questions, I use the Cuttlebug for cutting my dies. I'm glad there are other ladies that can help you on time, before the sale ends!
