Question about tree trunk border, 3 dies right???

there are suppose to be 3 dies in the package right? Cause I only got 2, am missing the thin tree trunk die. Just wanted to check before I contact LC.

just wanted to make sure before I e-mailed LC and looked like a knucklehead, lol. I'm pretty sure there are suppose to be 3 dies, will contact them and hopefully they'll continue qk's great customer service.

Vicki, I had that die as well. My package only had 2 dies in it. I did notice that the sketch that LC/QK put out showed a third, thinner tree.

I did a LO with this set and I did adapt the trees. I made some shorter and some thinner, just by how I placed the paper before cutting the die.

So no, you aren't crazy. And I think the set only has 2 dies. But it wouldn't hurt to point this out to QK. I think they made a mistake with their artwork.

Thanks Michelle. Well dummy me JUST looked at the fine print on the package and it does in fact say comes with 3 dies. So someone made a mistake somewhere, lol. I think since it was more expensive than the other cc's, I think it should have 3 dies in it. Will contact them and see what they say.

Wowzie, got a response already. They said once they got my contact info, they would put an order in for the missing die, might be 3-4 weeks but will send it out when they get them in. Apparently we weren't the only ones, but not the majority. As long as they are willing to send me the missing die, I am good. So glad to see they're continuing qk's great customer service. So Michelle, contact them so they can get you the missing die too.

I saw the picture in the previews a few weeks ago and just assumed that things got changed before the release was set. Now I know better!

My orders have already shipped. I hope I receive a package with 3 dies, but it's great to know that QK/LC is going to fix this.

That die set is in my second ( ) order, so I'll be watching for that elusive die. Otherwise, I might have just assumed that there were only 2 dies (What? Look at the writing on the package?), and wouldn't have thought to question it.

I'm so glad the Divas were paying attention!
