Hi, My name is Carol and I live on the island of Oahu. I have been a scrapper for over 10 years. I was in the Air Force and retired in 2004 due to health reasons. I am a disabled American Veteran. I love Magnolia stamps and am just starting to learn how to use copics. this site is great because it feeds that need for these items and I appreciate this site because sometimes it is really hard to get items at our local stores. It can take forever (or so it seems) for them to restock an item (Neevah paper for sure). Using copics has really taken off. Because of my health, I can't work so I have recently decided that doing swaps helps me a lot. thus, I am meeting new people and having something on the calendar each month. I truly feel that scrappers and card makers are some of the nicest people around. We all create from our hearts. Aloha from Hawaii

Welcome, Carol! Goodness, there are a lot of new faces here lately. Please join in on the discussions--the more the merrier! And Carol, you know that in addition to swaps, we host each other in our homes, right? I'm thinking that in January, it can be your turn! Ok, kidding! But just barely! I'm in Boston and it gets darn cold around here by then. Michelle
