Those cute cupcake cards on the Blog are causing me to run to the kitchen and start baking! If all of the Divas make/consume cupcakes at the same time, doesn't it cancel out any calories?

And it's always decorated with carrots--you know, the little cream cheese frosting carrots. Yum! Definitely would count that as a vegetable.
And you have lost 3 lbs in one week? What the heck are you doing, girl? I MUST know your secret. I've NEVER lost more than a pound in a week. NEVER!

Do any of you watch Cupcake Wars on Food Network??? I love that show. The flavors they mix in are sometimes ridiculous but tempting at the same time!!! cupcakes!!! Cindy

the little coffee shop closest to my house is owned by a sweet gal and her mom and they were IN Cupcake Wars and won!!! It's so fun going over there and treating them like celebrities!
Michelle - as for my 3.0 pounds, I'm pretty sure a lot of it is just getting back on an exercise program and flushing all of the salt and chemicals out of my system. I ate like a crazy women while my parents were here! I admit it - no restraint.
So Weight Watchers hard core on Monday - counting points, drinking water, walk/running 3x per week {training for 5K race in March with hubby} and just getting the garbage out of the house.
I'm sure next week it'll only be a 1.0 or so - that's my usual pace! Don't worry though - no chance of me shriveling up and vanishing!

Cindy, I love that show! DD and I love the Food Network. I like it much better than the Disney channel!
