I ordered the YOGURT font and received it just the other day. Today I'm working on a page and decided to use it. It included two 9's and no e. I'm assuming Lifestyle is who to call???

are you sure one of the 9s isn't the 6? I just looked at my set and the 2 numbers look IDENTICAL! if you're missing the E though give LC a call on Monday!

A few of the alphas have 6's and 9's that are identical, or nearly so (just enough to be confusing).
I wish I had started marking them with a Sharpie, as someone had suggested doing with lower case "p/d" and "b/q".
QK/LC is very good about replacing missing letters/numbers, so definitely give them a call or email (both have worked well for me).

Dania, before you call, check the chart and see if Susan was right. Some of those numbers/letters are SO confusing! I wonder if the "extra" 9 is the 6 and what you thought was the 6 is actually the E. They all look pretty similar!

Susan the nine may be a six, but I know I don't have an "e". I took the "a" and flipped it around and cut the tip off just to finish the project. Let me look again against the guide that came with the font. I just sent them an email.

Gosh! Can I just delete this entire thread. I found the stupid "e" It was wedged on the backside of the pencil case where it is stored. Right flat against the back. GRRRR! and yes the 6 and 9 are exactly the same. BUT I love the font. Time for a glass of wine. ahahhahahahhahahha... maybe the wine was the problem my dear!!!!! glad you're good now!!

It was her idea I used to store the dies in. hey wait - I may have suggested the ROCKIN AWESOME pencil cases as PHENOMENAL storage ideas at CHEAP CHEAP prices...and that's why you lost your E. But I'm pretty sure I also solved your "I have two nines" problem!! I'll call that even for the night!!!!

for finding the "e"! I had a similar problem with the Lemonade font when it first came out...I thought I had lost the "A" (easy to do with the size of that font), and QK sent me a new one. Then I discovered that the letter had fallen out of the window on the package (remember how they put the "A" in a little window on the front of the package?)...and it was on the very bottom of the box. It wasn't until I was ready to toss the box that I just happened to see the letter. By then, I had the replacement, but they did ask me to return the other one! (Yeah, I did!)

I'm always getting confused with the CC letters! Don't feel bad, Dania. I guard those little "mind your ps and qs" inserts that come with the sets with my life. It's the only way I can tell them apart! I've finished LOs only to discover I've used the wrong letter (j for an i, etc.) I figure, if its that hard for me to tell, hopefully those who look at the album can't tell either! Gail

I keep those cards, too, and if there happens to be a set that doesn't have the card, then I take the time to copy the picture of the alpha on the outside of the box (sometimes easier than finding it on the QK/LC website). They weren't kidding when they said "mind your p's and q's"!

I have this font and those little letters scare me. I was able to purchase it on clearance from a store. The box was all torn open. I sat on the floor of the store and laid all the letters out to make sure none were missing. I fear someday I will lose one. I would also have returned what I thought was an extra "9" Here is the funny thing about this story - the reason why I thought I had two nines. When the package arrived last week the first thing I did was count the peices, so I knew I had the right number before putting them in the case. So immediately when I realized the "e" was missing I made the assumption of two "9s" AND you know what they say about ASSUME. I'm feel like a big donkey right now.

I used to have that problem too but now I take the time to go through every alphabet when I get it and use the cheat chart until I have them figured out then I turn them over and mark the letter on the back with a black sharpie. Those that are questionable like the 6's and 9's I always underline the 6. Same with the p and q's. If they look the same I underline the one that comes first . So the p would be underlined. It takes just alittle time at the beginning but is wonderful when you pull out the alphabet and can quickly find your letters. Deborah

On the "b/q" and "d/p", I mark the backs of the letters with the CAPITAL letter...those are clearly identifiable. Also, I have written the word "S-I-X" on the back of the "6", if it's large enough. Otherwise, I also underline the number.
