I'd like to share two things I created over the last weeks: DH started a new job and he asked me to make him a booklet, where he could put all the new the telephone# and e-mail addresses, so this is what I came up with: I used sugarplum & spine from Santa's Workshop with grunge paper and TH embossing folders, stamp and distress inks. I was pleasantly surprised how well the paper cut and embossed. I need more of it for sure *hint, Dani, pretty please* The Sugar Sweet letters make pretty monograms to presonalize it a bit (paper BG Origins 6x6 pad) I happend to get plain wooden bird houses at the 1 Euro store and couldn't resist to dress them up a bit

Nice job! I esp like the bird house. Is the 1 Euro store like the Dollar Store here? Everything in there is $1.

Those are great projects! I especially like the birdhouse...that had to take a lot of work! And it's so nice to see a project for a guy...so many ideas are "girly" or for kids (not that those are bad things!

Thank you! And of course feel free to scraplift. Michelle, you're right, everything in the 1 Euro store is 1 Euro - I'm sure the business idea was "imported" from the US Karen, the roof had carved lines, to make it look like it was made up from single boards. I just cut a darker sheet of paper in matching strips and glued them one over the other. I realized to late, that I should have taken another picture of the house from a different angle.
