Went outside this morning and took my very first self portrait. I have seen people do this before but never tried it myself. Now to get my assignment done and scrap my page. The videos were very helpful. Deborah

I used a picture with my husband and grandson on my layout.
I don't have any pictures of myself only. I hate to say, hey take a picture of me , I havn't tried the self portrait yet. Made just have to do it.

Thanks Karen and Susan. It does feel alittle funny as you have to kind of pretend that someone is out there telling you to say cheese or something. I tried to pretend my children were out there saying 'smile mom' , I deleted a bunch but that was the fun part. I had my right arm extended as far as I could go. The sun was shining but still my flash went off sometimes not quite sure why. I am a blinker and also hard for me to smile because I have had bells palsy on each side of my face but I would try it again. Deborah

Love your page Deborah, and you did a great job with the picture! I hate having my picture taken, but it doesn't seem so bad when I do it myself. Plus I get to delete all the ones where I look 90 years old, crazy, or like I weigh a million pounds!  Gail |
