Michelle,
On your pennant you used a soft flexible wire. What type of wire is this and where did you get it?

Dawn,
I got the wire in the floral section at AC Moore. It came on a spool, just like thread does. I think it also came in white, which you could dye with Glimmer Mist or Copics.

Michaels also carries it. It is usually in the floral craft department.
