And a Happy Easter and Passover to all of you!
We went to the Easter Vigil last night. I think it's by far the most beautiful Mass of the year. You walk into a totally dark church, holding a taped candle. The Paschal candle is lit and then the flame is passed from person to person, throughout the church. Where there once was darkness, now there is light. The readings are read in the candle light and the main lights aren't turned on until the Gloria, which is sung for the first time since Lent began.
DS was an altar server and it was nice to watch The Boy up there, fully engaged in it all. It was a good night. And now, we are hanging out, enjoying the goodies the Easter Bunny brought to the house. And it's almost 70 degrees and the sun is shining. Mama is a happy girl!

 Ladies I hope everyone had a great Easter! We want to Thank everyone for sharing their projects, tips and ideas. Wish you could have seen and heard how much everyone enjoyed the sacks and carrots (All Adults, but truly kids at heart) I scrap lifted all of our projects this year. My girls and I had a blast crafting all day Saturday. Chelle is our SIL girl and Christy makes the most amazing flowers....they are great enablers as well as very talented. (plus they put up with me without too many eye-rolls LOL) I won't name names because I will surely leave someone out and I don't want to do that. Thank you, Thank You all for being so great about sharing. Thank you Christy and Chelle for crafting with me! Cat PS....Christy made 12 amazing clear buckets and haul them in a carry-on all the way from Katy, Tx.  A true blue craftier!!! |

oh Cat!!!! That basket of carrots is just to-die-for-cute!!!! WOW - simply adorable! and your little clear paper bags with chocolate goodies - adorable!!! sounds like you had a good day with your craftin' girlies - so much fun! thanks for sharing a picture with us - I always love seeing what everyone does with their supplies! Now to recover this week - right?!?!?!? LOL  |

Thank you Ladies, but I couldn't have done it without everyone's project ideas ( my brain was on shut down as far as an original design or an idea was concerned) Christy & Chelle were real help too. There were 36 carrots & 12 clear sacks made on Saturday. Thank again! Cat |
