I know it is in my scrap room, but where is the question. Anyone have that same problem??? UGH! It is driving me crazy!

Oh no! Time for a sping cleaning. I must use my tiny attacher daily. I've never used a nicer stapler. And the little staples are too cute!
I'd look under a pile of paper. That's where my ATG hides. Seriously, that thing is huge! How can it get lost all the time??? And I clean up between projects. But that paper is very, very tricky!

Well, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who keeps losing things in my scrap room!! ;D Right now, Karen, my Tiny Attacher is in my scrap tote, ready to go to your house for some scrappy fun! Maybe we could look for yours together? I'm in the midst of purging my craft room, and its been that way since the first of the year. Every time I really get into it, seems that LC or SL has a new release, and I'm involved in a flurry of creativity and chaos. Seriously, it looks like a tornado blew through there - I'm amazed I can find anything! Right now my desk is covered in layers of paper scraps, dies, and assorted tools. There's empty storage stuff on the floor, and the wastebasket is overflowing. I'm going to need to take a vacation just to get re-organized! Gail

I lose my tiny attacher with great regularity...mostly because I forget what it looks like ! I have a drawer where it belongs, and I put it away, but I seem to be able to look right past it, since it doesn't quite resemble a "normal" stapler!

Karen, I can find my Tiny Attacher but......the staples are another thing altogether. It's not like I can just run out and buy another box either. Nearest stores where I 'MIGHT" find staples is 1 hour away. ( if they have them in stock...last 4 trips el-zippo)......Rats!! Help Dani! I need re-placement staples! Oh well, I guess this is where I must get creative.(Out Loud) " Oh Staples! Where did I put you?" (think that will help? I'm at my wits end.....I'll try anything) Cat

Cat, if you had your staples properly trained, they'd come when you call them. I think a trip to obedience school is in order!!! Gail

I keep one in my desk at work, best stapler I've ever owned. I seem to lose my ATG too! That is so big and ugly yellow, I agree with Basketlady, how can you lose that? ??

I know what you mean about the ATG glue gun! I frequently have to pat piles of paer to see where it is hiding! It has a home where it lives at the end of each project, now if I can just remember the tiny attachers home!

I have a drawer marked "desk supplies." I keep regular pens, pencils, pencil sharpener, extra scissors, etc in there. My tiny attacher goes in there, along with the staples. I can always find it--if I put it away before it gets lost!

Cindy, I hear you. When me move, I'm considering combining all of DD and my craft stuff together. She would still have her paper and such, but having the craft supplies in two places is a pain if I'm looking for regular old Elmer's glue. But then DD will take off with my scissors, the tape, my trimmer... Why is it that kids never put anything away??? I couldn't find the repositionable tape anywhere last week. I put away everything on my table, still not there. So I asked DD if she knew where it was. We had a big "discussion" about how I don't trust her, she didn't take it, why do I always blame her. Sheesh, I was just asking if she had seen it! And then I found it. In the American Girl stuff. I guess Big Dog felt the need to borrow the tape and play with the dolls!

Crafty Girl, I know. But I was cleaning out closets yesterday and just thought it would be easier to have the mess all in one spot. Do you think I can get rid of the Playdough stuff yet? It takes up a ton of space, but we've spent years accumulating rollers, cookie cutters, presses, the spaghetti maker...
Big Dog always follows me into the studio. She likes to hang out in there. I think she secretly worries that I may disappear on her! But she hates tape. It sticks to her and she can't get it off. I suspect another family member, but I'm being a mean mom for suggesting it!

Funny, Michelle, we ditched the play dough in the last move. So of course, one boring winter day, they wanted it again, but only for that day. Keep your favorite accessories and a can or two and call it good. And be sure to look for plenty of crafting room in your new house, for you, DD, and Big Dog! Cat, funny your kids got you a Grumpy t-shirt after the grounding days were long gone. We have just starting telling my mom some of the stuff we pulled as teens in the last few years. And of course, whatever sibling isn't home at the time, always gets the blame! Crafty Girl

Well, funny you should mention it. I'm wearing my Grumpy tee right now. It's big and comfy and perfect for a Saturday morning. It's really DH's tee, but I stole it long ago. It works better on me!
