Over the weekend I finally had some crafty time. My son is having 8th grade graduation later. I got the folders and papers ready with his info. I will just snap a photo the night of the ceremony and then add it to the folder. Until then, this cute photo is doing duty as a stunt double. All of our family is out of town and I thought this might be a fun way to share the big moment with them and celebrate the oncoming of high school. I think it could work for any grade level though. I put the little folder insert tag on the front, since I had the graduation information on the inside already. I also thought the folder would be cute for teacher thank you's. I think a gift card will fit nicely. Crafty girl

Awwww... how is it that I've never seen that picture before? The Boy is so stinkin' cute! He looks so much like your DH there--LOVE the flight suit! So much better than the fake ones! I love this idea and I'm totally going to steal it. I've asked for so many favors the past few weeks looking for new schools for the kids. And look how quick and easy these are to put together. LOVE it!

Thanks for the congratulations on The Boy. At least he wasn't "Random Child" in Darling City! We are pretty proud of him. They are out of school at the end of May. I think they started about Aug 12 or 18th. And he was a cutie at 5. He is now "handsome". I am not allowed to call them cute anymore, for fear of the eye roll. ;D We have had a lot of help and support from the school this year for our other son. I wanted a way to show our gratitude. I thought I would jot a little note on the paper then add the gift card. I love this die! Crafty Girl
