Susan and Karen, it sounds like your weeks will be busy! But spending time with family is the best. Enjoy! It's our last week of school here. The semi-formal for the 8th graders is tonight and the Moving On ceremony is tomorrow. After that, I will officially have a high schooler!

Oh Susan, I know! That's what you get for having your guys young! I'm an "older" mom--it shouldn't be such a shock! But somehow it is! We had the Moving On ceremony today. I officially now have a high schooler. **sob** I started bawling during the slide show. Why do I never have kleenex in my purse? But no time to dwell on it now. My house if filled with teenaged boys who are eating everything I put out, as fast as I put it on the table! Remind me not to serve soda anymore--the belching is impressive! They have a full afternoon of video games, Airsoft and Killer Bunnies planned. DD wisely decided to go to a friend's house--no boys there!

Trying having college grads who have been out on their own forever. When they come home it never long enough . But your grateful they even want to come home Then they do things like throw a surprise party for their Dad's 60th birthday with handmade Banners and a great cookout. (Great BIG SOB) The Banner had great pictures with all kinds of related die cuts. Example: hiking boots all laced up ready to go and picture of Hubby on a hike in the mountains... I can't help it I cry at times like these and even when I'm happy. They do grow up fast.....cause it seems like only yesterday when they all shared a tiny room in our 10'x60' trailer house. for all of you moms who are learning to let your kiddos fly. (the hardest thing I had to learn) Cat

Boy you're not kidding about how fast they grow! We drove our youngest up to college orientation this week for an overnight stay. It seems like just yesterday she had the cutest ponytail on top of her head.
