MB, how did you find the shopping cart without adding an item to it? I need to get this fixed. Barb, I dont think the cart emptied out due to the design as it is only design work and not touching page code etc. Tech stuff lol Thanks for the feedback ladies. Please keep posting if you encounter any other usability problems. My old eyes are not always enough  |

Dani, I only found my cart by adding an item. Sorry I am not of much help otherwise for that problem! But I love the new look and I am sure it will be better than ever when you get the bugs worked out. Three cheers for the new and improved ScrapyLand...  |

yay... it is back up... now if they can get rid of that Latin writing in the image rotator.... these guys work in tiny steps. Why cant they do everything at once???

Because I'm a google nerd, I found this link. Had NO IDEA it is actually derived from Latin, so my apologies to Dani. It's close, you're right en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lorem_ipsumWhen I was in college we had sheets and sheets of "greeking" made by a company called Letraset - just like rub-ons us scrapbookers use now. I used to try and pronounce the words as I'd lay them in place..."lore-um, ipsum, etc." the site looks GREAT!!! Love the rotating images right at the top!! Scrapy Land a total class act!!!!  |

We called it something different, Susan. I can't remember what, now. But our wasn't rub on--just sheets of paper. But in college, we used computers and all that was done for us. We thought we were so advanced "back then!" And no, that's not a reference that Susan is old. We're the same age! |

I think I like it. I am not one who gets used to change easily but it looks new and fresh! I thought I was at the wrong place when I first signed in to Scrapyland but even as dumb as I was I knew where I was quickly. Good thinking Dani. ( Like you need my approval!!!! )

I like ithe new website very much. I did find my cart by adding something and my order was still there, I just can't see it on the main page like before.
Dani, if your eyes are old, mine are ancient. I have to use readers with my contact lenses for any close work. I cried all the way home after the last eye Dr. visit. My husband said, "why are you crying." and I said, "My expectations are clashing with my reality."
I hate it when that happens.

I don't blame you......I'm bad about trying new dr. for anything. Our family (medical) dr. is semi-retired and it's hard to get in to see him. He has stuck with me through thick -n- thin with all the problem I started having with all these crazy allergies to everything. He started his medical career as a pharmacist (we even knew him then) went back to medical school and made a dr. He has been great when it comes to my allergies to meds. I having a hard time finding another dr. for when he retires completely. Good Luck with your move!  Cat |

Michelle this is for you.......bifocals indeed missy.......some of us have been wearing them for a while now and tirfocals are begining to look pretty good.
