This thread will be used for people to "sign up", because the information probably shouldn't just be posted publicly.
This maybe isn't technically a swap, but it has some similar aspects!
Anyone interested should reply saying so, and also send me a private message with your address, birthday, and email address. What I propose is that I compile a list of birthdays of board members and only those participating will have a copy (sent to the email address you provide). On someone's birthday, you DON'T have to, but are encouraged to send a handmade birthday card their way, and in return would hope to get them for your birthday!
It's a good way to use scraps, try new techniques, use a stash of cards you have stored, share your ideas with others, etc., but mainly to show a little "sisterly" love. Chances are, you may even forget you signed up until you get a card from one of us on your special day!
Everyone will have the list, so you can choose who to send cards to based on your available time, resources, and so forth. Ideally, try and send two cards per year, but there's no way to "enforce" that!
I think we could at least give it a good shot for a year and see what happens, and reevaluate it as necessary. Nobody can appreciate a handmade card more than a fellow crafter!

Mine's not until MAY-UGH!!!! But I think this can be fun if everyone takes advantage of it!
