Sorry I keep my 2x2's in the Magpies. LOL And I keep my 4x4's and Nesting Dies in the Magnetic Folders.
Would 2x2's fit into negative slide protectors? I can't remember how big my negative slide is...but my reconstructive surgeon had all of my slides stored in a binder with page protectors that had pockets for each slide.

I keep my 2x2s and 4x4s in the QK binders. Sorry no fun ideas to share. Dani had some plastic sleeves that fit 2x2s and into a regular size 3 ring binder. I have thought about switching to those but have too much invested in Qk binders to change until there is something similar for the 4x4s Cindy

I have my 2x2's in the magpies and my 4x4 in an overgrown version of the magies that I get at the office supply store here is the link to Office Max card file box - I use the 4x6 box - I was able to get a silver one in the store so it matches the 2x2 tins www.officemax.com/catalog/sku.jsp?productId=prod1690004&history=uhehkuayI turn the box the long way and file the dies just like the 2x2 magpie tins

I just purchased these last night to store my 4x4 dies in: www.officedepot.com/a/products/155867/Really-Useful-Boxes-Plastic-Storage-Box/I actually put the die itself in a Case Logic CD/DVD sleeve (double sided), cutting off the portion that would go into a binder. I really wanted 4x4 storage that had a lid since the last time I went to a crop, my 4x4's dumped over and got all out of order.

I'm with you, Lorie Ann. Love the Magpie tins for my 2x2 alphas. I've run out, and can't find more anywhere!!
Store my other 2x2 dies in Zip Around binders by theme.
My 4x4s I keep in transparent plastic CD envelopes in CD boxes from Office Max. I used chipboard to make index tabs for different categories. I cut the picture from the packaging to fit inside the envelope. The envelopes come in a variety of colors, so I color-code them by category: Blue for Beach/Tropical, Red for Valentine's/Love, Red for Christmas, etc.
When I'm travelling to scrap, I put the 4x4's I'll need in a Zip around CD holder I got at WalMart.

I've gone to the Container Store and have found some really cool storage boxes for a lot my dies. I bought a baseball card container that holds all my borders. Just remember once you go in that store its really really hard to get out! Definitely one of my favorite stores.

I use the QK binders for my 2x2 and 4x4 dies, but I keep my 2x2 alphas in a 4 drawer thingy from the Container Store. www.containerstore.com/shop?productId=10029421&N=&Ntt=4+drawerI can get several alphas in a drawer and I put in Post-It dividers. I just pull out the drawer that I need, use the dies and pop them back in. I really like this system!

Ah, The Container Store. It makes my organizing heart go pitter patter. When I have time and I'm out shopping, I love to go in there and browse and dream of an organized house. Of course, I'd have to get rid of the mess makers, first!
There was the one on the way to Target at the old house, but at the new house, I need to go to Tyson's Corner. I'll just HAVE to go to Tyson's! (Tyson's is a big shopping area just outside of DC.)

I use the sheets that Dani carries for my 2x2 alpha's It takes 1 - 2 sheets per alpha unless of course you have shadows. I put them in 3 ring binders and label the outside of the binders a binder will hold alot of alphas and you can use a couple binders. I use all my qk ziparound binders for my shapes and I have them all organised by catogories like christmas, halloween, valentines day, birthday, nature, bugs, flowers, Tags, animals, food, etc..... I have a couple of those binders that I use for my 4x4 shapes

I love that the any of the dies can be stored in a container because it does seem to take up less space but if you are wanting to be creative and use parts and pieces off any of the dies, having them in a binder allows you to view all the little pieces that could be cut out of that die. Am I missing something for another way to see this
